The organizers of the Ben Nevis Hill Race are inviting expressions of interest from vendors, traders, and service providers to operate at the Start/Finish area of this year’s event.

Invitation to Tender – Vendor Opportunities at the Ben Nevis Hill Race Start/Finish Area

Event Date: 6th September 2025

Location: Claggan Park, Achintee Road, Fort William, PH33 6TE

We are seeking a wide range of facilities and stalls to enhance the Start/Finish line and park atmosphere and serve participants, spectators, and supporters. Opportunities are available for:
Food & Beverage Vendors – hot food, snacks, refreshments, artisan treats, coffee stalls, etc.

️ Retail Stalls – sports gear, race memorabilia, outdoor apparel, local crafts, and souvenirs

Services & Activities – massage/recovery services, information stands, community engagement booths
What’s Available:
Prime trading positions at the race finish area
Access to thousands of visitors and competitors
Power/water access (limited – please specify your needs)
Promotional opportunities through official event materials
