Due to conservation concerns from the landowners, the Ben Nevis race route will change. Runners will now have to stay on the path from Conservation corner (Red burn shortcut) checkpoint one to the Red Burn checkpoint four for ascent and descent. Please see map for more information. There will be checkpoint mats on route that you must run through to ensure this new rule is followed. Failure to obey this rule will result in disqualification from the race and puts the future of the race at risk.
The last withdrawal date for refunds less admin fees is 31st July, if you withdraw after this date you will not receive a refund and your name may still appear on our entry list.
If you are on our waiting list please ensure that your email address and phone number are correct as we will be trying to contact you to offer you a place, so far we are not having a high response from our invites, this may be because you are not receiving emails from SiEntries. If you no longer wish to enter please contact us at secretary@bennevisrace.co.uk and we can do this for you.

The first set of invitations to enter the Ben Race have been sent out. Please follow all the instructions carefully, if done successfully you will receive a confirmation email from SiEntries. You have 7 days to accept the invitation, if you do not accept in this time then the entry will be passed on to the first person on the waiting list.
If you no longer wish to enter then please delete your entry.
If you have not been selected at this time then your name will remain on our waiting list and you will be invited if a place becomes available.
Can you please check your entry details are correct including your name, club name and any categories that you may be eligible for e.g. there are a few first Ben Race trophies however if you do not tick the box you will not be eligible for these.

It has recently come to our attention that those people on the reserve list from 2020 that received an invitation to enter may not have followed the instructions from SiEntries all the way through to payment, if this was done successfully you will have received a confirmation email.
Therefore we would ask anyone who thinks that they have a place in this years race to please double check the entry list on the SiEntries website.
